Precision PCB Products supplies the field proven Model 105DP depaneling router system. This compact single spindle system is designed to provide optimum routing at speeds up to 150 IPM with excellent edge quality. Low vibration routing protects even the smallest of components in the static and dust free environment.

The fine grain granite base and beam are supported by a heavy duty base weldment, which provides a very stable platform for the router system. The X, Y and Z-axis move on heavy duty linear guide bearings. The optical resolver encoder which is integral to the brushless motors provide precision feedback for position accuracy and repeatability. Position accuracy of +/-0002''(0.0005mm) and position repeatability of +/-0.0002'' (0.005mm) are achieved. Table speed is programmable up to 500 IPM.

The spindle has precision preloaded matched duplex bearing pairs to assure long spindle life. Typical run out measured statically is 0.0004'' (0.01mm). The spindle is belt driven by a balanced one horsepower motor and pulley. Speed is programmable from 3,000 RPM to 24,000 RPM. Pneumatically operated collets are standard.

The system incorporates the proven PMC Model 450 controller, which is based on the Motorola 68040 32-bit processor. The controller provides exceptional computing power and flexibility. Ease of operator interface is enhanced with the 12 '' flat panel touch screen color monitor.
